Are You Spooked by a Phantom Network?
Many insurance companies offer names of professionals they claim are "in network" But, when you call you learn they are gone, or not taking patients or are no longer on the panel. That's a Phantom Network!
The National Coalition wants to know about the experience of consumers and professionals with Phantom Networks.
If you have found yourself unable to access covered mental health services because you can't find a professional close enough to home, who is able to provide treatment in a timely manner, Please let us know.
Professionals are you having trouble getting your practice removed from in-network registries months or years after you resigned from a panel? Please let us know.
We want the story of your experience with Phantom Networks.
